Namgyalma, also known as Ushnisha Vijaya, is a revered deity in Tibetan Buddhism associated with long life, purification, and liberation from suffering. She is one of the three principal long-life deities, alongside Amitayus and White Tara. Namgyalma is especially venerated for her power to cleanse negative karma, protect against untimely death, and support the attainment of enlightenment.
She is usually depicted with three faces and eight arms, each holding symbolic objects such as a vase of immortality, a lotus, or a bow and arrow, representing her all-encompassing protection and enlightened activity. Her radiant form expresses purity, wisdom, and compassionate strength.
Our Namgyalma handicrafts are intricately handcrafted by skilled Nepali artisans using bronze, copper, or gold-plated finishes, and often adorned with semi-precious stones like turquoise, lapis lazuli, or coral. Each piece reflects exceptional craftsmanship and deep spiritual symbolism, making it ideal for shrines, meditation rooms, or as a meaningful spiritual gift.
A Namgyalma statue is believed to extend life, protect from spiritual and physical harm, and aid in the cleansing of defilements, offering a powerful presence of peace and longevity in any sacred space.
